SharePoint Specialist, High-End Property Consultancy, 6 months FTC, London

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative SharePoint Specialist to develop the SharePoint solution for a global, high-end Property Consultancy. This role will focus on creating a visually appealing and user-friendly Client Portfolio Management Portal and designing the firm's first Intranet.

Key Responsibilities:

SharePoint Enhancements:

• Address residual issues from a recent migration from Box to SharePoint, including resolving long file path issues and delivering user training.
• Redesign and restructure the SharePoint folder taxonomy to improve usability and eliminate sync issues.
• Rearchitect SharePoint to introduce a robust taxonomy, tagging system, and email filing processes.
• Develop SharePoint project templates that align with Intranet aesthetics.

Client Portfolio Management Portal:

• Design and develop a SharePoint-based Front End template to optimize systems and data for the Client Portfolio Management team.
• Incorporate Intranet-style visuals to enhance usability and engagement.
• Enable tailored views for different user audiences.
• Implement role-based security access.
• Ensure the portal is visually attractive, with design considerations for future external client access.

Intranet Design and Implementation:

• Develop and launch a simple, user-friendly Intranet to:
• Streamline access to information by team and project.
• Provide easy access to key knowledge, including templates, briefing papers, internal experts, and critical links.
• Create a centralized, intuitive platform for team collaboration and information sharing.

About You:

• Proven experience in SharePoint architecture, design, and user training.
• Expertise in developing visually appealing and intuitive digital workspaces.
• Strong understanding of taxonomy, tagging systems, and role-based security.
• Experience in Intranet design and implementation is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver tailored solutions to meet diverse user needs.
