We have an exciting opportunity for a Sister/Charge Nurse (Band 6) to join our Haematology/Stem Cell Transplant Unit here at The London Clinic. We are offering a competitive inclusive salary range of £47,818 - £58,459 per annum. As well as this, you will be eligible for a £5,000 Golden Hello Bonus.
Main duties of the jobResponsible for individualised patient care acting as the named nurse, using a holistic, pro-active and dynamic approach to all patients with oncological/haematological care needs. To promote partnership with patients in their care. Awareness of the Holistic Needs Assessment programme. To promote safe practice and professional conduct. To encourage good working relationships within the multidisciplinary team, to ensure the effective care and treatment of patients.

Our Stem Cell Transplant unit is a purpose-built facility which has become one of Anthony Nolan's largest stem cell collection centres in Europe for peripheral blood and bone marrow volunteer donors. There are 12 beds in the unit which features positive pressure ventilation and HEPA filtration, allowing us to treat and care for patients with haematological malignancies with SACT and stem cell transplant: Allogeneic, Autologous, Cord, Haplo and CAR-T therapy. We are the first independent private hospital in the UK to gain JACIE accreditation in recognition of our quality standards.
