Health and Safety Site Manager needed for Factory Decommission

This family-run business based in Nairn, Scotland offers a wide range of construction services, including Health & Safety Support, CDM Advisory, Project Management, and First Aid Training. Operating throughout Scotland from their head office in Nairn, the company has evolved from a sole trader to a well-balanced team of 8 since 2015.
Your new role
In this position, you will be undertaking a Health and Safety approach to the shut-down and repair of factory equipment. The position will last for 3-4 weeks, and you will be responsible for the night shift (6pm-6am). Part of the role will be overseeing the H&S protocols for any visitors on site, working closely with one of the owners of the company.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong understanding of Health and Safety on site.
• Evidence of good understanding of CDM regulations.
• The ability to work night shifts from 6pm-6am.
• Comfortable working 7 days a week for a number of weeks.
