Freelance Site Manager (Hospital Refurbishment) - Bradford

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager for a key project based in Bradford, offering an initial contract of 6 to 12 months with the potential for extension.

The Role: You will be responsible for overseeing the refurbishment of a hospital facility, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will manage the day-to-day operations on-site, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, and maintain strict health and safety protocols.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within hospital environments.
• Strong background in refurbishment projects, ideally in the health care sector.
• Ability to manage complex site operations, including tight schedules and sensitive working environments.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications are essential.
