Site Manager

Strong Group Recruitment are working on behalf of our client who are looking for an experienced Site Manager needed in Stanmore, London.

This is a contract position for 8 weeks.

Start: Wednesday 2th April 2025
Hours: 7:30 - 16:00
Days: 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)

The successful Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations. Experience in hospital projects or similar environments is highly desirable.

1. Managing the strip-out and re-installation phases of the project.
2. Ensuring health & safety standards are strictly followed.
3. Coordinating site activities, subcontractors, and materials.
4. Maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
5. Ensuring the project stays on schedule and within scope.

Candidate Specification:

1. Site manager must have a valid SMSTS.
2. Site manager ideally have a valid CSCS.
3. Site manager must be reliable and punctual and be able to stay for the duration of the project.

The day rate on offer for this role is £270.00 per day - paid weekly CIS.
