We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to oversee the finishing stages of a construction project in Newquay. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a focus on delivering high-quality finishes on time and within budget. We are looking for a start ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
• Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations on site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site.
  

Requirements:

• SMSTS certification.
• First Aid certificate.
• CSCS Gold or Black Card.
