Site Manager Required for Greater Belfast Commercial Scheme - IMMEDIATE START

Hays NI are pleased to be representing a prominent Irish Construction Contractor, specialising in the retail, commercial & residential sectors with extensive experience in both traditional and design & build contracts. The company has built an enviable industry name on their specialist team consistently delivering high quality service on various medium-large scale projects for high-profile clients, which has led to a high level of repeat business & continuous bid success. Due to ongoing requirements on a major commercial scheme based in Belfast, your new company now has an immediate requirement for a Site Manager until the end of 2024.
Your new role
Your new company now requires a Site Manager, responsible for overseeing the complete delivery of a new commercial scheme in Belfast.Your role will involve the management of onsite operations day-to-day of a steel frame building, to include internal fit out, access roads and car parking. You will be co-ordinating on-site personnel and subcontractors alongside demanding schedules & programmes, keeping a continued focus on budget & timely delivery, ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standard required by the client. This will initially be a temporary role with potential for further works upon successful completion of the initial contract.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have a proven track record of overseeing fast-track commercial builds, including groundworks, drainage, surfacing and fit out, providing guidance and supervision for subcontractors and direct labour. You will be a driven, and organised leader on the ground, pushing the projects on to meet client deadlines whilst displaying competent technical ability and a rounded knowledge of all trades. You must hold a valid CSR (Site Supervisor), CSCS or SMSTS qualification in order to be considered for this role.

In return, the contractor is offering an attractive hourly rate.
