Role: Groundworkers Gangers and Supervisors
Rate: £18 per hour (Umbrella Rate)
Location: Chaldford (GL6)
Type: Long Term Temp
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage groundworks teams on-site

Ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard

Maintain health and safety standards at all times

Coordinate tasks and manage daily site activities

Requirements:

Proven experience in groundworks, preferably in a supervisory role

Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team

Excellent communication and organizational skills

A hard-working attitude and a commitment to quality
