4 X Site Supervisors needed in Nottinghamshire (Rainsworth) to work on a waste water treatment site.

Job Title: Site Supervisor Location: Nottinghamshire Contract: Temporary/Freelance up to £420 per day Inside IR35
Positions Available: 4
Your new role

Supervise workforce on waste water treatment projects.

Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Implement RAMS, ITPs, and permits.

Coordinate with Operations Managers and subcontractors.

Conduct site inductions, briefings, and record-keeping.

Interface with client operators.

Plan and procure equipment and materials.

Manage site audits and report progress.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience working on water projects (essential); waste water experience (preferred)

Experience in construction (preferred)

Knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, and cost control.

Knowledge in producing, reviewing, and implementing Safe Systems of Work for task-specific activities.

CSCS Card.

Excellent communication, people, and team management skills.

The ability to demonstrate the right behaviours and motivate and lead the team in line with the Company culture, ensuring high standards of compliance.
