Social Worker

Are you an experienced Adult Social Worker with hospital discharge experience? Have you got experience working within a multi-agency environment? We are on the lookout for Qualified Social Workers to join Southwark in the intermediate care team!
This is a full time role working across 5 days per week. Pay rates up to £32 per hour

The minimum requirements for this role are:

• Social Work England registration
• Social Work Qualification
