Your new role
As a locum Adults Social Worker in a hospital team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality social work services to adults with diverse needs. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and support for our service users.

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop person-centred care plans.

Facilitate safe and timely hospital discharges.

Provide advocacy and support to service users and their families.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed

A recognised qualification in Social Work.

Registration with Social Work England.

Proven experience in adult social care within a hospital setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ideally, you have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
