As a Principal Engineer/Software Solution Architect, you will be at the heart of this ambitious venture. You'll work on a landmark Greenfield initiative, designing and delivering next-generation solutions with the latest tech stack. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll lead from the front, guiding technical strategy, and building scalable, secure, and resilient systems that drive significant business impact.

What You'll Be Doing

• Architecting and Building Solutions: Design and deliver scalable, cloud-native systems using microservices, ensuring robustness, performance, and security.
• Tech Leadership: Guide and mentor teams, driving engineering excellence and promoting best practices.
• Hands-On Development: Contribute across the tech stack - .NET 7, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, EventBridge, React, and more.
• Integration and Modernisation: Integrate with Legacy platforms while driving modernisation for a forward-looking technology foundation.
• Real Time Data Mastery: Employ event-driven systems and Real Time processing for cutting-edge solutions.
• Innovation: Explore emerging technologies, ensuring the tech stack remains on the bleeding edge.

About You

• A technologist with a passion for solving complex problems using the latest tools and methodologies.
• Experienced in .NET, AWS, Terraform, and event-driven architectures.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering resilient, scalable, and secure solutions in Agile/Lean environments.
• Adept at leading and inspiring teams, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a focus on delivering measurable value.

• Cloud: AWS, AWS Aurora (MySQL/Postgres), AWS DynamoDB
• Compute: .NET 7, Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/ECS), AWS Lambda (JavaScript, Python)
