Position: General Practice Solicitor

Location: Omagh, Northern Ireland

Salary: £35,000 - £60,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Known for delivering high-quality legal services, the firm is now seeking a General Practice Solicitor to join their team. This is a varied and dynamic role where you will manage a broad range of legal matters across general practice, including conveyancing, wills & probate, litigation, and family law. The firm is open to solicitors at all levels of PQE, offering the right candidate the opportunity to develop within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

1. Handling a diverse caseload across multiple practice areas.
2. Providing expert legal advice and tailored solutions to clients.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents and contracts.
4. Conducting legal research and preparing cases for hearings.
5. Liaising with clients, barristers, and other professionals.
6. Representing clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
7. Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

1. Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland (NQ to experienced solicitors welcome).
2. Experience in one or more areas of general practice (e.g. conveyancing, wills & probate, litigation, or family law).
3. Strong communication and client management skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle a busy workload.
