We are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as a Solution Architect IT Systems & Processes (m/f/d). As Solution Architect IT Systems & Processes (m/f/d), you will drive operational excellence and strategic alignment by designing and improving processes across the organization. You will leverage your expertise in process design, best practices, and technology to optimize workflows and deliver business value.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities
  • Analyze and design scalable, efficient, and sustainable business processes in line with organizational objectives and goals
  • Define solution architecture and integrate technologies to streamline processes in collaboration with IT teams
  • Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance, best practices, and continuous process improvement
  • Engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and develop organizational change management strategies to support process adoption
  • Continuously monitor process performance, identify improvement opportunities, and foster innovation
  • Develop concise, data-driven business cases for process improvement initiatives
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
Show your expertise
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience as a Solution Architect, IT Systems Architect or a similar role
  • Proven experience in process analysis, design, and improvement
  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification (required), Knowledge of USM, ServiceNow, and Agile methodologies preferred
  • Strong experience with ITSM/ESM and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira ITSM)
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in English
