As part of the Success Advisory team at Pigment, you'll work closely with our strategic clients, sharing best practices and helping achieve highly ambitious results.

We are looking for seasoned architects who excel in client-facing roles, demonstrating quick thinking and the ability to transform challenging customer situations into positive experiences. Whether engaging with a client CFO in the boardroom, introducing multi-dimensionality concepts to new team members, or collaborating with a client administrator, they consistently deliver exceptional service.

They must be effective technically, both as communicators and doers. They must be capable of managing and maintaining a client relationship while meticulously overseeing the technical aspects of their accounts.

What you'll do
  • Develop and implement change management strategies for transformation projects with strategic clients.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management practices into overall project plans.
  • Implement large-scale change management initiatives to ensure widespread adoption of our software.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Design and deliver training programs to prepare client employees for new financial systems and processes.
Who you are
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and understanding of technology/software industries and processes.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, etc.) and tools (ClickUp, Notion, etc.).
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and leading large-scale transformation projects, especially in financial environments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English & French.
