We are looking for a Pre-sales focused Solutions Architect, with technical knowledge and experience of working on Microsoft's Copilot.

This role is high profile and will involve contact with C-level contacts across enterprise level organisations.

It is essential that you have technical expertise in Copilot (Certifications would be advantageous), and a good understanding of the usage and potential scope Copilot solutions offer.

You will be currently working in a technical pre-sales or solutions architect role informing and improving knowledge, adoption and implementation of Copilot within Enterprise organisations, and will have the skills to drive successful outcomes for customers.

As a Copilot specialist, you will be responsible for:

1. Enabling and empowering clients to deliver high-quality solutions based on Microsoft Copilot 365.
2. Working closely across a complex ecosystem including tech, sales, product, and marketing teams.
3. Developing partner ecosystems and the ability to navigate and leverage partner programs and resources.
4. Educating on Copilot benefits and requirements, identifying and matching needs with the right resources, and facilitating workshops and training sessions.
5. Supporting technical product implementation and troubleshooting, building persuasive communication and relationship skills, and handling technical queries with a solution-oriented approach.
6. Helping formulate market strategy, adoption strategies, focusing on competitive advantage and benefit realization.
7. Increasing capacity for new and upcoming AI products within Copilot.
