We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Solutions Architect to join our Pre-Sales team.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Solutions Architect located in Paris with the option for some remote work. The Consultant will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored solutions using technologies such as Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud, Salesforce or others.
Here's a more detailed breakdown of the key responsibilities:
- Understanding Client Needs - Engage with prospective clients to gather their requirements, pain points, and business objectives to align our solutions accordingly.
- Solution Demonstrations - Conduct product demos and technical presentations to showcase how our offerings address client challenges and add value.
- Sales Support - Assist the sales team in responding to client inquiries, developing proposals, and preparing RFP responses with a clear technical and business perspective.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams - Work closely with sales, technical, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience, from pre-sales discussions to onboarding.
- Contact Center Product Expertise - Stay updated on contact center solutions, competitors, and new technologies to effectively position our solutions against market alternatives.
- Onboarding & Transition Support - Assist new clients in transitioning smoothly from sales to implementation by ensuring technical readiness and alignment.
Qualifications & Skills :
- University degree, preferably in Telecommunications or Computer Science (other studies are also valid in case you have work experience).
- At least 2 years of experience in project participation and/or analysis of technical and functional requirements in the Contact Center sector.
- Customer orientation, communication skills and result orientation.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, or similar role.
- Strong technical background in Contact Center.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Experience with CRM tools, sales processes, and proposal writing.
- Ability to travel if required.
- Previous knowledge of any of the following solutions: Genesys (GE, GC or PC), Avaya (AES, CMS, SM, ), Verint (Recording, Speech Analytics, WFO, ), SBCs, Twilio, Google DialogFlow or similar.
- Previous knowledge in Artificial Intelligence and/or CC Automation is a plus.
