We have anexciting opportunity for a Specialist Speech & LanguageTherapist to join our small and friendly clinical team. We offer a4 day working week with full time pay and conditions and a careerdevelopment package.
JobTitle: Speech& Language Therapist
Location: The Tower School, Epping, Essex
Salary: Up to £53,200 pro rata (dependent onexperience) plus £3000 Welcome Bonus and Relocation package £3000.(Relocation package dependent/ agreed based ondistance) ( Welcome Bonus is paid as per theterms, providing you have not left before payments are made.T&C's apply if you leave within the first 12months.)
Hours:37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 4.00pm (Part Timewill be considered)
Contract:Permanent - Term Time only. There may be scope for this role to bea full-time contract (52 weeks) if this is your preference, pleaseget in touch to discuss.

About the role
Weare looking for a Speech and Language Therapist to join ourin-house Clinical Team at The Tower School based in Essex. Workingcollaboratively with the site, you will deliver bespoke assessmentand intervention plans for pupils with developmental trauma,autism, ADHD and SEMH needs, this is an exciting and creative roleforming an integral part of our small and friendly team, includingOccupational Therapist, Psychotherapist and Therapy Assistant. Weare an ambitious clinical team working collaboratively witheducation to provide creative and individual interventions for ourpupils.
Working within overall framework of theservice policies and procedures, you will be supporting theintegration of the specific service in the day to day running ofeach provision i.e., standardised assessments and clinicalservices. A key aspect of the role will be to deliver the wellbeingand clinical rainbow strategy at a universal, enhanced andspecialist level to support our wider teams in meeting our youngpeople's needs in line with set Education, Health and Care Plans(EHCP).

Essential Criteria:
Recognised Speech & LanguageTherapy degree
Valid and upto date HCPC Registration
Registered member of RCSLT
Previous experience of paid or voluntary workwithin a trauma or complex needs setting
Experience within the specialist client group.(complex communication issues relating to autism, includinglanguage disorder, dyspraxia, sensory impairment, learningdisabilities/difficulties and associated challengingbehaviour) (Essential)
Clear and concise report writing relating toclinical and research activities.
Experience of multi-professional work with teamsor services within the designated specialitypreferred.
Ability to workindependently
Hold a fullUK driving licence, with access to acar (Desirable)
