About the Role

We're looking for a passionate leader to join us at our Bognor Regis Resort as Sports & Activities Manager.
In this role you'll be vital in helping our guest's create smiles - getting stuck in to give them a great experience! You'll be part of a big team of people who are responsible for providing our guests with an altogether more fun and entertaining holiday.

You should enjoy developing people and be passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to guests by nurturing, training and coaching the team in a fun-filled environment. You will drive standards and have the ability to lead the team to excellence, incorporating all brand standards and Butlin's way of working.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you'll enjoy the buzz of a busy environment and will drive your team to maintain high levels of fun and engagement during their activity sessions.

You'll have the ability to drive consistent brand standards whilst being guest obsessed and operating efficiently in everything you do.

The role will cover our Go Karts, High Ropes, Pottery Studio, Junior Driving School, Crazy Golf, Archery range, Football sessions and Leisure Hub to make all activity bookings ensuring compliance to all relevant legislation, health & safety and company policies at all times.
You should have a real passion for leading by example and inspiring others to deliver experiences that truly delight our guests. You should be an advocate for your team's fulfilment at work, ensuring that you are having regular 121's and PDP discussions to support their development and career with Butlin's.

As with all roles at Butlin's, no day will be the same and you will need to enjoy thinking on your feet, getting stuck in, and ensuring that our guest experience is always your number one priority.
About You
We are looking for an experienced leader from within an Sports & Activities environment that can support the team to deliver fantastic service. Putting the guests first in everything you do, you will have experience in training and coaching the team in a fun-filled environment to deliver an excellence experience.

You should have previous experience in managing and leading a team within a sports and activities environment.

You should be confident to direct and respond in any situation whilst delivering consistent brand standards.

The ability to lead, motivate and engage your team, even at periods of high demand is important, as well as being able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.

Qualifications in football coaching, delivering archery sessions and Vertex Manager are desirable.
