As a Key Account Manager at Ericsson, you will be responsible for securing both short-term and long-term profitable business through proactive development, insightful understanding of customer requirements, and optimal management of resources. You will focus on building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction, guiding our clients to success with a strategic, solutions-oriented approach.
What you will do:- Drive sales and manage costs for each assigned customer, responsible for both cost of sales and operational expenditure.
- Monitor consolidated customer contribution and cash-flow, including oversight of working capital.
- Manage client relationships, prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Foster and develop business relations, taking an active role in contributing to our customers' success.
- Oversee the sales and delivery process, including cash collection responsibilities.
