This role operates primarily on a remote working arrangement that will require little to no travel into our locations; (Birmingham, Coventry, Leeds, London (Tower Hill, Holborn & Ealing), Manchester or Nottingham).
Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.

Student Experience:The Student Experience team is dedicated to supporting and empowering students throughout their journey at Arden. They provide wellbeing support, academic guidance, career development, and engagement initiatives, ensuring every student feels connected and equipped for success. About the Role:As a Student Success Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Student Success Coaching team and the wider Student Experience teams.
You will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing student engagement and success.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Student Success Administrator who is a self-motivator with strong initiative and ambition to succeed as well as having a high standard of written and verbal English.
You will need experience and be confident to attend meetings and take detailed notes in order to diarise/prioritise action points.
Essential requirements:
- A level or equivalent standard of education plus maths and English language at grade C or above
- High competence in workload planning, prioritising, and monitoring, including drawing information from various sources and people
- Clear and concise writing skills and the ability to handle long and complex documents
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of working with a variety of IT systems including Sharepoint and Office 365, Microsoft packages
