Location: Brixworth, Northamptonshire

Hours: 40 hours perweek - Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent - Fulltime

What willyou be responsible for?

As a Supervisor, you'll be workingwithin the Maintenance team , supporting them in planning& scheduling works packages for the highway's maintenance teamsin West Northamptonshire, a long with the supervision ofmaintenance work of both internal works and supplychain.

• Assisting the Technician in achieving and exceedingkey business targets and key performance indicators, promotinga culture of integration, best practice and continual businessimprovement
• Complying with WestNorthamptonshire Highways works specification and the Kierintegrated management system
Confirminggangs are receiving morning daily briefings and an end of dayde-brief a long with completion of all paperwork, being a key pointof contact for all maintenance applications on the handhelddevices
• Completing on-site inspections,promoting near miss reporting, collaborating with all supply-chainin improving health and safety standards & best practice,reporting incidents / accidents in-line with the Kier golden hourprocess, attending all incidents and completinginvestigations
• Adhering to all health and safetystandards across the contract - 5 SHE Basics - 10 steps tosafe excavation - SSOW/RA / POWRA, delivering all group &contract health & safety briefings to the teams, signing offand loading to the passport card

What are we lookingfor?

This role of Supervisor is great for youif:

• You hold previous supervisory or line managementexperience with knowledge of highway works
• Have an SMSTS OR SSSTS as well as 12DM7 Lantra
• Drive and hold a current drivinglicence
