Job Description

We are delighted to be partnered with ACTPH Water, Europe's first and leading alkaline ionised water, founded in 2017.

With a rapidly expanding portfolio that now includes Acti-vit (sparkling vitamin water) and Acti+ (nootropic clean energy), they are an ambitious and fast-growing business looking to expand their Operations team.

Having achieved listings in major UK retailers such as Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Ocado and Whole Foods, ACTIPH has built a strong presence in the UK and internationally. Now, they need a dynamic and driven Supply Chain Executive to help them scale even further!

If you are looking to join a team-orientated culture where you can carve your career path, this could be the opportunity for you.

As a Supply Chain Executive, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring their products reach customers efficiently and seamlessly. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Order Management - Ensuring customers receive their orders on time and in full, while handling any queries that arise.
  2. Export Documentation - Preparing and managing all necessary paperwork (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, health certificates, and customs documentation).
  3. Logistics Coordination - Liaising with raw material suppliers, hauliers, freight forwarders, and warehouses to manage customer orders.
  4. Production Operations - Collaborating with the supply team to manage outsourced production operations.
  5. Process & Systems Improvement - Identifying and implementing ways to enhance operational performance.
  6. S&OP Meetings - Providing input into Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
  7. Project Management - Supporting and leading various supply chain projects.
  8. Supplier & Logistics Partner Visits - Willingness to travel as required (a UK driver's licence would be beneficial).

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  1. A proactive, can-do attitude - comfortable working across different functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  2. Strong problem-solving and communication skills - able to think on your feet and work collaboratively.
  3. Excellent attention to detail while maintaining a strategic overview.
  4. Proven ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  5. High proficiency in Excel - or a willingness to learn quickly.
  6. Previous experience in a supply chain function (desirable but not essential).
  7. Initiative and adaptability - comfortable in a start-up setting where no two days are the same.

Additional Information:

  • Performance based annual bonus (up to 10% of annual salary)
  • Share options after 1 year of service, with further share allocations awarded at years 2 & 3.
  • Flexible working
  • Life Insurance
  • Monthly health allowance
  • Personal development allowance
