  • Full time hours available / Be flexible to work across a 7day Rota
  • Typical shift pattern: 7am-3pm - 3pm-21:30pm / Waking Nights: 21:30pm-7am.
  • The candidate must be flexible and can work over a 7-day period days and nights shifts.

We are looking for Support Workers to work with us in Caterham. Working in a small team and you will be supporting 5 females and 1 male with learning disabilities, epilepsy and autism. All of them love to listen to music, and would like to be supported by someone with great communication skills. They do enjoy a pamper sessions i.e. having their nails done.

We are looking for the right people to join our current staff team who are reliable, hardworking, caring, and flexible who can cover an array of shifts such as lates, Earlies and mid shifts occasional waking nights.

No two days are the same but your day might look like this!

  • Supporting our people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
  • Supporting our people with social activities, and connecting with family and friends.
  • Supporting the management of our people's finances.
  • Keeping our people's home clean and fresh, and going shopping.

Experience in social care is not essential, we provide a full range of accredited and award winning training programmes at no cost to yourself, including the Health and Social Care Diploma that will really support your career progression.
