Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Sustainability Reporting & Strategy Development: Manage sustainability reporting processes and prepare for the group wide mandatory reporting according to Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Support the continuous development and implementation of the sustainability strategy.
- Sustainability KPIs: Develop, implement, process, and track necessary sustainability key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Legislative Expertise: Build know-how in specific product categories and gain expertise in corresponding legislation. Stay updated on regulatory developments and funding opportunities to derive actionable recommendations.
- Market & Stakeholder Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market, competition, and stakeholder analyses in the field of sustainability to inform strategic decisions.
- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Support internal and external sustainability communication initiatives. Develop and drive new communication measures relevant to stakeholders.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree or comparable qualification with a focus on economics and/or technical fields (e.g., environmental, resource, or sustainability management, or studies in economics).
- Work Experience: First experience in corporate sustainability.
- Advanced Sustainability Education: Advanced education in sustainability, preferably in environmental fields and sustainability reporting.
- Legislative Know-How: Strong knowledge of sustainability-related legislation.
- Influencing Skills: Ability to effectively influence the organization at all levels, combining compliance and business thinking.
- Analytical & Communication Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills, capable of conveying complex sustainability concepts clearly and persuasively.
