£28,038.40 per annum (pro rata)

As a Swim Manager at our Stockley Park Fitness and Wellbeing Centre, you'll need to have an ASA or STA Level 2 qualification or be an experienced manager who has delivered commercial targets, along with a passion for helping multiple generations to swim, team working skills, and an infectious enthusiasm that inspires everyone you work with.

About the Role

• Ensure every client, whether a complete beginner or an experienced swimmer, enjoys their time at our pool with your passion and enthusiasm for swimming.

• Be part of the Management Team, reporting directly to the Fitness Manager and indirectly to the General Manager.

• Take full responsibility and accountability for swim class programming, managing and actively selling the products and services in the swim classes timetable.

• Continuously improve site standards with internal swim instructors.

• Serve as a role model for responsible and appropriate conduct for all team members.
