System Administrator - BMC Remedy ITSM | Near Bern, Hybrid Work
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team near Bern, supporting and administering our BMC Remedy ITSM environment as we transition to BMC Helix.

Location: Bern
Rate: 70CHF/Hour
Length: 12month (extention likely)

Your Responsibilities:

• Administer and support the existing BMC Remedy ITSM environment, ensuring a smooth migration to BMC Helix.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide 1st-level support.
• Analyze incidents and prepare detailed reports for 2nd-level support.
• Manage master data, including configurations and data imports.
• Monitor applications and Servers to ensure optimal performance.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in the administration and support of BMC Remedy ITSM or a similarly complex application environment.
• Strong technical understanding of both application and server-level operations.
• Quick learner with a proactive approach to acquiring new skills.
• Excellent German language skills (spoken and written) are essential.
• Willingness to work on-site near Bern, with the option of remote work
