Talent Acquisition Partner, EMEA

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the development and execution of our EMEA recruiting efforts as part of our rapidly growing organisation.
In this role, the ideal candidate will be ready to roll up their sleeves while serving as a partner with leaders across our practices and corporate functions to ensure we meet the diverse hiring needs of the business through strategic and inclusive recruiting processes. Leveraging global frameworks, systems and programs, this role will drive continuous improvement, ensure a consistent regional approach to sourcing and retaining talent, and secure a strong talent pipeline with the capability to achieve our strategic priorities and benefit both the EMEA region and the firm globally.
Due to the projected growth of the organisation in 2025 and beyond, there will be a need to support the wider People & Culture Team in EMEA, which encompasses DEI, Bandmate onboarding, HR Reporting, Benefits Administration, New Vendor Onboarding, etc.
Ideal candidates will be able to:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy across EMEA to attract top talent that aligns with Spaulding Ridge's values and vision for growth
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across consulting and corporate.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of recruiting activities
- Partner and build collaborative relationships with EMEA business leaders across the company to understand the needs of the business and advise on talent trends and best practices
- Balance local needs in EMEA with global talent acquisition strategy and priorities
- Work with the global People & Culture team to align recruiting efforts to our broader people and culture strategy including DEI (Diversity Equity & Inclusion) initiatives that support a healthy and diverse workforce
- Drive operational excellence in recruiting processes and systems to improve collaboration, accountability, and support growth
- Oversee the tracking of data to align to company targets/metrics, optimise recruiter productivity and support data-informed decision making
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to position Spaulding Ridge as a great place to work
- Support oversight of our ATS (Greenhouse) and collaborate with IT and HR to ensure smooth recruiting and onboarding of new hires
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working in a Talent Acquisition role within a global professional service company
- Demonstrated ability in implementing recruitment and selection management programs to support business strategy and provide efficient and effective services to secure talent
- Knowledge of/relationships with our technology alliances a plus (Anaplan, Salesforce, DocuSign, OneStream, Snowflake, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in managing recruitment and talent sourcing across multiple countries in EMEA is preferred
- Experience in another HR specialism (e.g. Learning, HR Generalist, etc.) is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Location & Travel: London (hybrid role, in office 2 days/week); some international travel likely
