About the Role

We are passionate about creating something truly impactful, and we need the right people to help us scale. We're looking for a hands-on Talent Partner to help us grow our team, cultivate our company culture, and build the foundation for our long-term success.

What will you be doing?

This will be a hands-on recruitment role! You'll own the end-to-end recruitment process and work closely with our founders and managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent. Additionally, you will help shape and evolve our talent strategy, including employer branding, candidate experience and DEI initiatives.

In this role you will:
  • Own the entire recruitment process end-to-end. You'll proactively source and manage applicants as well as interview and manage offers. You'll work on a variety of both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Proactively build and maintain a diverse pool of talent through actively sourcing.
  • Help shape and promote our employer brand, making sure we're communicating our culture and mission to potential candidates.
  • Make sure every candidate has a smooth, positive, and transparent experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Work closely with the team to strengthen and develop a strong, inclusive company culture as we continue to grow.
You should apply if:
  • You have experience working in a startup environment and are comfortable navigating fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous situations. You're flexible, willing to wear multiple hats, and happy to step in beyond recruitment when needed. Ideally you have a generalist background and are able to work both tech and engineering roles as well as commercial roles.
  • You can independently manage the entire recruitment process, from role briefings with managers to closing candidates. You're confident in running hiring processes, guiding managers, and setting up workflows that attract and secure top talent.
  • You're a proactive sourcer! You know how to build creative sourcing strategies that deliver and enable you to attract hard-to-hire talent.
  • You're a relationship builder who can establish trust with candidates, employees, managers, and leadership. You're able to influence when necessary and support managers across the entire recruitment process.
  • You can prioritise your work! You can manage multiple managers, roles, candidates, and processes efficiently, understanding where to focus your time and which roles are most critical to the business.
Interview Process
  1. 20 minute call with Vicky (Talent/People)
  2. 60 minute competency interview with Task
  3. Onsite final interview with Team and Founders
