This role is based in our London office one day a week.

The opportunityLeverage your research skills and our tools to continuously develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to drive hiring across multiple functions and geographies
Utilize a variety of sourcing methodologies, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Boolean searches, cold outreach, Gem (CRM), and WD (ATS)
Innovate and develop new methods to reach and engage diverse talent pools
Create and foster high-touch relationships with potential candidates by conducting initial screens.
Develop training and resources, identify tools, and use data and metrics to enable and educate others on best practices for inclusive hiring

1-2 years of talent sourcing either in-house within a technology or startup environment or at a recruitment agency
Some experience successfully sourcing for hard-to-find, hard-to-engage talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Understanding of sales and business development functions, roles, and/or practices a plus
Strong sense of urgency, initiative and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Superior attention to detail, organizational skills and multitasking abilities
