Tax Advisory Manager

Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with a mid-tier firm as they seek to grow their dynamic Tax Advisory team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified tax professional who has previous experience in corporate tax or tax advisory. Roles & Responsibilities

Working across the firm's diverse & local client portfolio, you will be involved across the following aspects:

1. Preparing tax due diligence reports in regards to M&A/funding projects.
2. Provision of tax advice across M&A and corporate restructuring projects.
3. Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following criteria:

1. ACA or CTA qualified.
2. Previous experience working in tax advisory or corporate tax.
3. Ideally you will hold a minimum of 1 year PQE.
4. Proven ability to effectively organise & prioritise.
5. Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
