About the School: A-2-from-entry school in Somerset is currently looking for a full-time year 4 teacher. This school is known for its nurturing culture and strong community support. With approximately 200 students. It offers a close-knit atmosphere, with a passionate team. They are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 class teacher to join their school.
The Role: As a Year 4 Class Teacher in Somerset, you will be expected to maintain a positive attitude, exhibit excellent behavioural management skills, and foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment. The school values your dedication, but above all, they prioritise the happiness and well-being of their students. Your contract will begin immediately, working 3 days a week from 8 am to 4 pm. The placement will last for one month. During this period, you will be expected to create and deliver engaging lesson plans, as well as build relationships with the children to continue developing their eagerness to learn.

Requirements to succeed in your new role:

Teaching Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience teaching at the primary school level

Classroom Management Skills: Proven ability to manage a classroom effectively, create a positive learning environment, and handle diverse student needs.

Curriculum Development: Experience in developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and cater to various learning styles.
