Hays Education are looking for an experienced Business Studies teacher for a job in a GOOD rated Secondary School in Swale and other locations. This particular school prides itself on a respectful culture. This culture supports the ambition and education of students resulting in fantastic Progress Results in their most recent A Level and GCSES exam results.

Role and Responsibilities:

Design and deliver comprehensive and engaging lessons in business-related subjects, such as Business Studies, Economics, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity.

Use a variety of teaching methods, including interactive activities, discussions, and real-world case studies, to enhance student learning.

Stay up to date with the latest developments in the business world and integrate relevant industry trends into the curriculum.

Mentor and support students in their academic and career aspirations, guiding them towards their future goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, Economics, or a related field

Teaching certification or relevant teaching qualifications. QTS

Proven experience in teaching business subjects at the secondary or higher education level.

Strong knowledge of business concepts, theories, and practices.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
