We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at a vibrant, diverse and welcoming school based in the heart of Southwark. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about teaching and learning and would like to gain more experience in the field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high quality of support for both students and teachers across all year groups, as well as acting as a link between the teachers, parents and outside agencies. The post holder will also be expected to lead small group interventions, provide pastoral care and keep up-to-date records.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• At least 1 years' experience working with children aged 4-11.
• Knowledge of child development and behaviour management.
• Commitment to safeguarding protocols.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
