Your role and responsibilitiesResponsible for analyzing, managing, and improving global and integrated end-to-end business processes in collaboration with the Business Process Owner(s), OPEX team, and external partners/suppliers. Guides the Business Process Owner for the implementation of the business process solution.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manages the integrated end-to-end business process on behalf of the Business Process Owner, working closely with all process stakeholders.
- Supports Business Process Owners in large/complex processes across multiple areas and applications.
- Defines vision and strategies for business-related end-to-end process solutions, in collaboration with the business owner(s).
- Bridges the gap between Business Process Owner and other stakeholders, facilitating the integration of business process requirements.
- Acts as a central point of contact between business functions maintaining a customer-oriented mindset.
- Works closely with upstream and downstream process owners and other processes utilizing the same application, fostering strong collaboration.
- Supports Business Process Owners in defining and documenting plans, implementing and communicating actions, supervising and controlling progress, and driving continuous process improvement.
- Supports Business Process Owners in understanding the integrated business processes, business process requirements, and end-to-end business processes.
- Acts as the central point of contact for Business Process Owner(s) and business functions to address end-to-end related issues.
- Ensures the team understands ABB's core values and group safety and integrity standards and act accordingly.
- Implements and ensures compliance with the ABB code of conduct, global and local standards, tools, policies, and processes in their assigned area.
- Ensures adherence to all internal and statutory regulations and policies pertaining to the teams in scope.
- Ensures integrity and compliance with ABB values and ethics in all activities across all teams in scope.
- Accountable for the health and safety of all employees of the team, and continuous improvement in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) processes and integrity performance.
- Promotes and enables collaboration in the division, across divisions, business areas, and teams to maximize results for ABB.
- Provides guidance to the team and seeks knowledge for their own development and coaching/mentoring of the team.
- Manages relationships with stakeholders in their own area of responsibility and ensures alignment.
- Ensures that their own area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed.
- Inspires, guides, motivates, and develops direct reports within HR policies.
- Builds an effective, competent, and high-performing team.
- Reviews organizational effectiveness and performs competence assessments and continuous skill upgrades.

In order to comply with legal regulations, we refer to the minimum salary of the collective agreement of the electrical and electronics industry of 4.215,39 gross/month. There is a clear willingness to overpay, depending on qualifications and experience.
