TECHNICAL & FUNCTIONAL ANALYST

Your role as a Technical & Functional Analyst:

Analysis and estimation:

You gather internal client needs through proven methods such as workshops. You assess the needs and challenge the business if necessary (you document the reasoning to keep a record of the thought process), the time, and the costs associated with changes.

Proposing solutions:

You identify several options or approaches tailored to the needs.

You write a specifications document covering all components, which will be sent to public procurement for all solutions.

Service continuity and maintainability:

You ensure the stability and ease of maintenance of the solutions implemented.

Impact management:

You analyze the impact of changes on existing systems to ensure their integrity.

Requirements:

You have a university degree in IT, economics, industrial, or scientific fields.

You have at least 3 years of experience as a functional analyst (on cross-functional transformation projects).

You have skills in application configuration.

You are familiar with low-code applications.

You have experience using Jira as well as Middleware for interfaces.

You are fluent in French or Dutch and have technical knowledge of English.

You demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

You are efficient and flexible in service delivery.

You show active listening, analytical and synthesis skills, and a strong client and results-oriented approach.

You have excellent writing and communication skills.

Knowledge of the energy sector is a plus.
