Role Overview
The Media Technology Manager is responsible for supporting the strategic implementation of the data-driven approach to measure the success of traditional and digital marketing campaigns against client outcomes. This role involves data & MarTech design and implementation, project management, platform setup and operations, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of MarTech platforms, metrics and methodologies.
Role Responsibilities
- Data & MarTech Design and Implementation
- Support and manage the Data & MarTech solutions for our client, highlighting existing strengths and key opportunities to increase data-driven marketing strategies.
- Identify, design and implement first-party, and second-party driven insights and targeting solutions for our clients.
- Support in scoping of projects & services to increase data-driven marketing capabilities, connecting back to client business objectives.
- Conduct user testing and oversee solution roll-out.
- Project Management
- Scope out project-lifecycle from inception, planning, execution-and-review, working closely with the Data & Technology Director, and Strategy Director.
- Manage the implementation of additional MarTech and/or data sources, enabling automation of data-driven marketing strategies.
- Support in development of project vision and goals, consult on & maintain the data roadmap, and prioritize tasks and developments for data engineering and technical teams.
- Responsible for the delivery on schedule for all client projects.
- Platform Setup and Operations
- Provide support on consulting and selection of best-in-class technology around Data Cleanrooms and CDPs (Customer Data Platform).
- Lead the set up, implementation and ongoing operations of Martech platforms like Data cleanrooms and CDPs.
- Produce performance reports and optimise performance of the platforms on a regular basis.
- Presentation
- Lead key stakeholder meetings with agencies and clients, in relation to project delivery and progression.
- Support with the creation of easily digestible monthly & quarterly business reviews for senior client and agency leads.
- Distil complex data management processes and outline key successes, areas for improvement, and strategic recommendations.
- Collaboration
- Work with other key departments to help with project deliverables and solutions.
