Technology Workstream Lead - Procurement vacancy for our a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your tasks:

• Developing and executing comprehensive strategies for the technology workstream, ensuring alignment with the overarching goals of the STEP Transformation Program
• Overseeing the seamless integration of multiple technologies, ensuring interoperability, optimal performance, and alignment with business objectives
• Managing timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure milestones are achieved and deliverables are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality
• Partnering with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management to communicate project progress, address risks, and drive informed decision-making
• Guaranteeing that all technology solutions meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and security while adhering to industry best practices and regulatory requirements
• Fostering a culture of innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance technological solutions and streamline business processes.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Extensive experience leading large-scale technological transformation programs with a strong track record of successful implementation and integration
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with expertise in overseeing complex technology initiatives
• In-depth understanding of change management principles with experience driving organizational transformation
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes and a dedication to delivering high-quality technology solutions
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and standards in the pharmaceutical sector to ensure compliance across all implementations
• Language skills: English - fluent
