Your new role
You will be joining a well-established, friendly and professional team who work to common goals and objectives. The main duties will be to answer and manage B2C customer queries in a professional and timely manner. You will be supporting customers with new and amended orders, ensuring requests are processed via internal systems, quickly and efficiently. The successful candidate will need to have first-class customer engagement skills, have excellent attention to detail and able to learn new software systems efficiently. This is a temporary role supporting customers during a busy festive period. The role will be fully office based in Basingstoke and will be working Mon to Fri from 08:00 - 16:30.
