Signature are thrilled to be seeking a confident and welcoming receptionist to work on a part time, temporary basis in a Student Accommodation central office on the above dates.

The details

• £13.15 per hour
• Holiday pay
• Half hour lunch break
• Based very close to Bond Street Station.

Working days will be:

• Training day on 24th September 09:00 - 12.00
• Working days will be 25th, 26th and 30th September and 1st, 2nd and 3rd October (Tues, Wed, Thurs)

We are seeking an individual who possesses exceptional organisational skills, coupled with a warm and welcoming personality and is reliable to join the team for holiday cover on the above dates.

You will be responsible for various tasks, such as:

• Welcoming, and signing in people to the building.
• Managing the diary for meeting rooms
• Answering emails
• Booking travel
• Meeting and greeting visitors.
