Are you an experienced typist with exceptional English and grammar skills? Our client, a property management company based in Hammersmith, is looking for a dynamic Secretary to join their team on a 2-3-week assignment. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are available immediately, this role is perfect for you!

Working hours: 10am - 6pm

Salary: £14.40 - £15.40 per hour

Location: Hammersmith

? Duration: 2-3 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
  • Send letters to clients and solicitors
  • Maintain diaries and make appointments
  • Speak to contractors
  • Deal with telephone and email enquiries
  • Perform audio and copy typing, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting
  • Photocopy and print various documents on behalf of colleagues

Personal Attributes:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a can-do attitude
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Previous experience as a Secretary or Administrator
