Our client, based in South Yorkshire, requires a Tower BlockInspections Officer to perform inspections, maintenance and adminwork for £17.95 per hour PAYE or £21.06 per hour Umbrella.

Your new role
Your role is key to ensuring the overall quality of life ofresidents, conducting daily, weekly and monthly maintenance checks. This willinclude duties such as legionella control, emergency light testing and firedoor checks. You will work on various projects dealing with issues/complaintsfrom residents, day to day checks, and admin.
This role is due to begin immediately and is currently set torun until the end of March 2024 with 37 hours per week. Monday to Fridaybetween 8:30am-4:30pm.

What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for someone from a trades background,such as multi skilled tradesperson or joiner, looking to move into a compliancebased/inspections type role. It is beneficial if you have experience workingwithin the public sector or social housing. This is also a public facing role,so you must be confident in liaising with tenants and handling customer serviceissues when required. There will be an admin aspect of the role, so a basicunderstanding of IT systems such as word & Excel will be essential. Youmust have your own transport which is insured for business use.

What you'll get in return
