Tractor Driver

JWE Banks Ltd is a 3000ac family owned farm in south Lincolnshire growing a range of combinable crops, energy crops and sugar beet. Due to career progression of an existing team member a position has arisen for a conscientious arable operator.

Main duties will include drilling and fertiliser spreading as well as relief cultivation work and other associated tasks. You will be part of a small team reporting to the farm manager.

Applications from experience operators as well as those wishing to progress and develop their career will be welcomed. Full training and support will be given to the right candidate.

It is anticipated applicants will have the following:

• Experience in arable farming and machinery operation

• High levels of attention to detail and pride in their work

• Natural impetus to maintain machinery to a high professional standard

• Pro-active thinker that puts forward ideas and solutions

• Interest in technology

• Self motivated with an understanding of the importance of timing

• PA 1 /2 and forklift ticket
