Trade Operations Support - Financial Services - London (Hybrid)

This is an opportunity to work for an award-winning company who are the arm of a global financial services brand. They are looking for a Trade Operations Support to enhance support for Front Office desks across EMEA.

You'll play a critical part in servicing day-to-day trading activities and ensuring seamless operations. A key focus will be on conducting independent, Real Time risk monitoring of Trading systems and overseeing their Trading Venue to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in trading activities.

Requirements:

• Understanding of trading platforms, systems, and tools with good knowledge of FIX.
• Familiarity with trading desks, risk management practices, or algorithmic trading is highly advantageous.
• Proactive in troubleshooting operational issues and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong ability to collaborate across teams, conveying technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortability working in a fast-paced environment.
