Key Responsibilities:

• Directing and managing the flow of traffic around construction sites.
• Ensuring the safety of pedestrians and vehicles.
• Communicating effectively with site managers and other team members.
• Implementing and monitoring traffic management plans.
• Using hand signals and signs to direct traffic.
• Reporting any incidents or hazards to the site manager.

• Requirements:
  • Valid Traffic Marshall certification.
  • Valid CSCS card.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
  • Reliable and punctual.
