Your new role
As a member of the office services department, you'll be working in a busy and hands-on environment with a close team of professionals. As an Administrative Assistant, no day is the same. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- General office administration (scanning, filing, mail etc.)
- Handling the mail delivery process
- Management of important client documents
- Data entry
- Helping with basic IT support (desk and meeting room set-up, liaising with the IT department to resolve issues etc.)
- Ad hoc projects
- Reception cover when the front office team is unavailable
This is a varied and busy role, with lots of training and support on offer as you progress.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience working in customer services, working with the public or in a general office environment
- A reliable individual who is keen to develop in their career
- An enthusiastic go-getter with excellent teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisation and methodical approach to working
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
