Transport Administrator / Transport Planner, Salary: Up to £30k + 33 days holiday inc bank holidays, pension, life insurance and career development opportunities. Based: Ilkeston, working Monday to Friday

We have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Administrator / Transport Planner to work for a leading hire business,. As a Transport Administrator / Transport Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective transportation of modular buildings and structures. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating transportation routes, optimising delivery and collection schedules, and managing logistical operations to meet customer requirements while maintaining cost-effectiveness and compliance with transportation regulations. The role requires excellent communication skills, to be able to effectively communicate with customers, transport providers and internal stakeholders and administrative support to the branch.

Applicants should have previous experience as a Transport Planner / Transport Administrator / Logistics Planner / Logistics Administrator or similar. Exceptional customer service and communication skills with a positive attitude. Proven experience in general administrations and using IT and systems.
