• As a member of the governance team of the Bundesbank's Cloud Center of Excellence, you will be involved in the fundamental orientation of the hybrid cloud architecture and set the guidelines for the development and use of the Bundesbank's cloud platforms
• You will ensure that the IT architecture of the Bundesbank's cloud platform is properly designed, developed and implemented
• You will also develop requirements-based framework conditions for the cloud platform, such as model architectures and architecture guidelines
• You will support and advise on the creation of solution architectures for cloud projects and ensure solutions in accordance with the architecture and governance framework conditions
• You will also develop strategic positioning for architecture issues in connection with the introduction or use of cloud services in the Bundesbank's IT landscape
• In addition, you will continuously monitor technological developments in the cloud environment, engage in regular (inter)national exchange with internal and external experts and incorporate the knowledge gained from this into your daily work

Special values: Your qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a subject relevant to the position (e.g. (business) informatics, mathematics, physics)
• Very good knowledge of IT architecture (basics, frameworks, standards, modeling) as well as cloud standards, infrastructures and governance
• Very good knowledge and practical experience in the area of IaaS/PaaS offerings from public cloud hyperscalers and in the application of their best practices frameworks
• Very good overall understanding of the components and interdependencies of an IT landscape (IT architecture, platforms, solutions, processes), especially cloud computing
• Very good overview of current IT market developments and trends for cloud computing, ideally also in innovative fields of application such as AI
• Good knowledge of and experience with modern infrastructure and system deployment concepts (CI/CD environments), container platforms and different cloud models
• Very good ability to independently acquire current methods and specialist knowledge in the field of cloud computing and cloud architecture and their application
• Agile mindset and experience with agile methods and tools
• Strong team and conflict management skills
• Very strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
