About the Role

We are seeking a talented and innovative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-centric solutions that enhance usability and drive customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and a strong understanding of user behaviour.

Main Duties

• Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and ensure designs meet business goals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Utilise data analysis skills to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
• Implement design best practices in line with current trends in UX/UI design.
• Work within an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver projects on time.
• Maintain design consistency across all platforms by adhering to style guides.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies related to UX/UI design.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI design and/or marketing, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Proven experience using design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch) and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar).

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles, digital marketing analytics, and SEO strategies.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Other Requirements:

• Fluency in an Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, or similar) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Understanding of UK and Asian customer behaviours is preferred.
