UX/UI Designer

Our client is an award winning full-service marketing agency based in London. They provide Design, Digital, Branding, Web design and Development, Communication, Strategy and Production Services. We have a great opportunity for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join their design studio. This position is mainly remote attending meetings in London when needed.

Skills required

• You will have a deep understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles, ensuring designs are both functional and visually appealing.
• Generate fresh ideas and push creative boundaries.
• Be a mentor and guide to junior designers in the team, fostering skill development and team cohesion.
• Have expertise in creating responsive designs that adapt seamlessly across devices.
• Have the ability to create interactive prototypes and wireframes to demonstrate concepts effectively.
• Can evolve a client brand if needed and has experience in brand design.
• Have excellent design tool experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or other industry-standard software.
• Have strong brand design skills, ensuring design projects are consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Be skill in communicating brand narratives and messages visually.
• Leverage analytics, user feedback, and research to inform and refine design decisions.
• Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and product managers.
• Clearly articulate design decisions and concepts to both creative and non-creative stakeholders and comfortable talking with clients.
• Be able to balance multiple projects and meets deadlines without compromising quality.
• Manage workflow for efficient collaboration and delivery.
• Ensure interface designs are inclusive and accessible so they comply with accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG).
